Ingredients:

1-1/2 Cups Coconut Water

½ small avocado

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

1 small cucumber (such as a Persian cucumber), peel removed

1 packed cup baby spinach leaves

Juice of one lemon or lime

Optional: Up to one tablespoon local honey

Optional: A few ice cubes

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a high power blender and whir on the highest speed until completely liquefied and smooth. If needed, add additional coconut water or water to adjust the consistency.
