Actress Ashley A. Williams Will Play Lead Role in Short Film “Treachery”

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Actress, Ashley A. Williams will star in the short film, “Treachery,” playing the lead role, Sydney. Written and directed by Ice Dreamed Films, the film is slated to release early 2014. Ashley will star alongside Romel Rose, Rhonda Morman and Mark Ridley.

Excited about the new role, Ashley said, “I’m always drawn to roles that will challenge me as an actor and “Treachery” really brings out an emotion that I haven’t been able to portray on camera yet." The film is about “a young woman that risks her athletic career to keep a family secret under wraps. But when she’s betrayed, by the one she cared for most the family dynamic changes forever.” (Synopsis by Ice Dreamed Films)

Ashley is best known for her role in “Frat Brothers,” featuring Mishon Ratliff, Romeo Miller, Darrin Dewitt Henson, Richard John Reliford and Denyce Lawton. She is also currently filming for the web series “Black Boots” to be released later this year and was chosen as the newest brand ambassador for contemporary clothing brand, Starling.
