This first event is being held on Monday, December 2nd from 1 pm EST to 2:30 pm EST with internationally renowned Wharton professor and author Peter Cappelli, whose most recent book, "Why Good People Can't Find Jobs: The Skills Gap and What Companies Can Do About It," has brought attention to many fixable problems that could help alleviate some of the hiring and training problems faced by jobseekers in the US.
