Beautiful new Cardiff nursery garden to transform into a winter wonderland

CARDIFF, Wales - Nov. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Children and staff at Cardiff Day Nursery & Pre-School, part of the nationwide nursery chain Asquith, are looking forward to a day filled with fun activities including face painting, food tasting and singing along to a carol concert.

Nursery Manager Clare Dare said: “We can’t wait to officially launch our amazing new garden. The outdoor area provides a fantastic space for children to develop and grow, and the winter wonderland theme has got everyone very excited. What’s more, we’ll have an extra special visitor greeting the children in a festive grotto on the day!”

The stunning new garden has been completely redesigned to incorporate the best of outdoor education for the under fives, and the over twos and under twos benefit from separate garden areas equipped with top-of-the-range, age appropriate resources.

For the older children, a fantastic stage area with an inbuilt sandpit and amazing mark making boards ensure each day is interesting, interactive and filled with learning and discovery. The younger children benefit from a beautiful wooden tipi and an over-and-under tunnel.

The grand garden launch will take place between 2pm and 5pm on Saturday 7th December, and everyone is welcome to come along and join in the fun.
