NEW YORK - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Off the heels of celebrating its 5-Year Anniversary, Human Intonation (http://www.humanintonation.com), the premium, charity-driven apparel brand dedicated to raising awareness and funding for pertinent social & human rights issues, has more to revel as season 4, episode 5 of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop” airs featuring the inspirational brand. On Monday, August 19th, cast members of Love & Hip Hop including Yandy Smith, Rich Dollaz, and Peter Gunz attended “For the Love of Life: HUMAN INTONATION” at Top of the Garden Loft & Rooftop, featuring the anniversary fashion presentation of Human Intonation’s newest collection and performances by LoveJonesNYC.

As the host of the episode’s filming, Human Intonation’s Founder & Creative Director, Verneda Adele White, was thrilled to see the national exposure that product placement and branding in the show could bring to the apparel collection’s larger charitable mission.

Human Intonation’s anniversary event brought together fashion and live music, while raising the discussion around the importance of HIV testing and knowing one’s status as we “seek to positively affect change around the HIV epidemic,” says Ms. White. A portion of the proceeds from the event went to benefit Human Intonation’s Non-profit Partner Advocates for Youth (http://www.advocatesforyouth.org) in the fight to end HIV/AIDS.

Other special participants included Human Intonation's Co-Founders Evina Parrish and Daphney Guillaume, J-Harris (LoveJonesNYC), Linara Davidson (Advocates for Youth), Dr. Aletha Maybank, Asst. Commissioner, HIV Bureau, NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene (On Call in the City), media partner NV Magazine, Nüvo Condoms, Authentic by John Ashford and DJ Zeke, with HIV testing provided by New York Knows. Love & Hip Hop New York season 4, episode 5 “Off the Record” originally aired on VH1 on Monday, November 25, 2013. Check local listings for additional air times.
