CHANGI, Singapore - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Singapore, 25 November 2013 – Delectable festive delights await diners at Capri by Fraser, Changi City/Singapore’s from 2 December 2013 to 1 January 2014 in celebration of the year-end festivities. Christmas must-haves of traditional roast turkey, honey baked ham, log cake and Christmas pudding take centre-stage at Caprilicious, along with this year’s sumptuous new attractions, which include roasted striploin, Mediterranean paella, lamb shank, Oysters Rockefeller and lobster bisque, and an array of select sweets, pastries, log cakes and puddings.

Festive Semi-Buffets Dinners

Delight in aninternational buffet spread of appetisers, salads and Christmas fare with a live pasta station parading scrumptious pasta variety and a choice of Chef’s Recommended main courses from Thursday to Sunday evenings from 2 December to 30 December (except 24 and 25 December), at only $48++ for adults and $26++ per child.

Christmas Dinner Extravaganza

Seafood takes centre place in dinner celebrations on Christmas Eve and Day, with a delectable selection of seafood with lobsters, fresh oysters, seafood on ice, sashimi, appetisers and salads to complement the festive fare offering. This is available from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at $68++ for adults and $36++ per child and comes with a free flow of juices and soft drinks.

Christmas Day Semi-Buffet Lunch

Festive feasting continues on Christmas Day with the Christmas Day Semi-Buffet Lunch, where diners have a choice of pasta and unlimited soup, salad, traditional festive turkey, honey baked ham, desserts, coffee and tea at only $32++ for adults and $18++ for children. Available from 12:00pm to 3:00pm on 25 December, there is also the option to top up $30++ for a free flow alcoholic buffet with house pour beers, wines, Bloody Mary and margaritas.

New Year Eve Celebrations

Kick-off the New Year celebrations and tantalise your taste buds with four-course celebratory menus that feature fruits de mer of oysters, tiger prawns and shellfish on ice, mushroom consomme, lobster tortellini, and a choice of main courses and desserts.

Lunch is available at $36++ per person or $64++ for two on 31 December from 12:00pm to 2:30pm with main course choices of yellowfin tuna, rib eye fillet and spring chicken.

Dinner at $64++ per person or $120++ for two from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, including a countdown celebratory glass of champagne, and main course choices of cod fillet, fillet mignon and lobster thermidor.

New Year’s Day Lazy Brunch Buffet

Enjoy a languid start to the New Year with a relaxing brunch from 11:30am to 3:00pm featuring all-time breakfast favourites of Eggs Benedict, applewood bacon, chicken chipolata, hashbrowns, waffles and muffins, roast beef, pasta and desserts at $42++ for adults and $23++ for children. This comes with a free flow of juices and soft drinks and there is also the option to top up $30++ for a free flow of alcoholic buffet with house pour beers, wines, Bloody Mary and margaritas.

Festive Goodies and Hampers

Ideal for spreading this season’s joy, a wide selection of festive goodies such as gingerbread treats, Christmas stollen, fruitcake, cookies, chocolates, pralines and lollies will be available from 11 November to 25 December. These will also available as festive hampers ranging from $98 to $268.

Take-Home Orders

For those dining at home, premium honey baked ham, traditional whole turkey and roast beef striploin are available through orders made three days in advance, before 20 December.
