New Website Dedicated to Agricultural Machinery for Adelaide Hills Growers

Lewis Ag & Construction in Adelaide are South Australia’s leading supplier of New Holland agricultural machinery, and have a new website dedicated to helping Adelaide Hills farmers and growers find the right machine.

WINGFIELD, Australia - Nov. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Leading Adelaide agricultural and construction machinery supplier Lewis Ag & Construction has increased the range of New Holland agricultural machines it is able to supply to growers and smallholders throughout South Australia, and the Wingfield-based dealer now has a new and expanded website, designed by Adelaide company Media Gain, with new pages dedicated to its range of New Holland tractors, mowers and UVs.

“We are increasingly being asked to supply New Holland agricultural machines for growers in places like the Adelaide Hills and the northern market garden regions,” said Dylan Caldwell of Lewis Ag & Construction, “and so we’ve now set up some new pages on our site that cater specifically for these customers. Each machine has its own dedicated page with full specifications, images and downloadable information sheets, and we’re pretty confident that people will find the new site useful and full of helpful information, so they can make an informed choice.”

The boom in the number of smaller, independent growers operating orchards, vineyards and smallholdings throughout the Hills and northern market garden regions means that there has been a significant increase in the demand for compact, versatile and easy-to-maintain agricultural machinery that is both reliable and fuel efficient.

“A lot of our customers are looking for sturdy machines, such as compact tractors and mowers, that they can service easily and are simple to operate,” added Dylan Caldwell. “Many small growers, or people who just want to keep a weekend property in good shape, often only have a single machine, and so they need to make sure that they keep it up and running without too much hassle.”  The terrain that is encountered in regions like the Adelaide Hills also means that machines need to have power and stability and can operate effectively on uneven ground or in confined spaces.

“The New Holland Boomer range of sub-compact tractors is a really good example of machines that are ideally suited to the sort of work a lot of our clients do. They’re robust and can be fitted with a variety of implements, so they can be used for for landscaping work or maintaining large gardens, but they’re also really good in a vineyard or orchard. We know that for smaller operators, versatility is the key, and machines like the Boomer fits the bill perfectly.”
