Ronda Wagner Joins Donnelly Communications, Inc. as Vice-President of Client Service

ATLANTA - Nov. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Donnelly Communications, Inc, a leading provider of contact center services, is pleased to welcome Ronda Wagner as Vice-President of Client Services.  A seasoned customer satisfaction expert, Wagner has extensive experience working with notable brands including Chicos, Delia’s and Victoria’s Secret.

Wagner is taking an active role with Donnelly Division President Tom Moroney in preparing for the holiday retail shopping season.  Donnelly begins planning in July and is now implementing several strategic initiatives to ensure service levels remain consistent as call, email and chat volume spike on Cyber Monday and remain high throughout the month of December.
