Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Attorney Carlos Freaner to Los Cabos Office

LOS CABOS, Mexico - Nov. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that commercial finance attorney Carlos Freaner has joined the firm’s Los Cabos, Mexico office.

Freaner’s commercial finance practice is focused in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. In addition he has significant experience in secured transactions, real estate, private equity, antitrust, mining and regulatory matters. Freaner is licensed in Mexico and has worked at major law firms in Mexico City since 2006.

Freaner was born and raised in Mexico. He received his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico and his LL.M. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He has also participated in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and the Introduction to the American Legal System program through Boston University.
