Business Growth Consultant MJ Patterson Joins Enterprise Minnesota

Patterson brings over ten years of experience in helping businesses achieve operational excellence. Her expertise as a lean manufacturing practitioner and continuous improvement leader will support Minnesota manufacturers in their efforts to eliminate waste, accelerate production, and develop effective leaders at all levels inside companies.

Prior to joining Enterprise Minnesota, Patterson served Pearson, a leading education company in Owatonna, MN as a process engineer, training and development coordinator, and a leader in lean methodologies implementation and training. Patterson also managed lean implementation projects for the City of Owatonna, MN and the Independent School District of Iowa City, IA.

Patterson is a resident of Owatonna, MN and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, Edina, MN. She has been recognized as a certified Lean Leader and Lean Practitioner by the Manufacturer’s Alliance and is a regular keynote speaker on lean methods at business and industry events.
