Attorney Ken Cutler Has Been Selected as a Finalist in the Leaders in Law Award

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- The Leaders in Law Award is a unique award program created by Lifestyle Media Group to showcase South Florida legal professionals whose dedication to their occupation and to their communities deserves recognition and to honor lawyers, law firms and corporate general counsel who have achieved excellence in law, maintained the highest level of ethics, shown a commitment to the community and are proven leaders.

Candidates were judged on outstanding litigation, advocacy and counseling, as well as contributions to the advancement of the legal profession, such as public service, bar association activities, and pro bono activities.

Honorees will be recognized at a ceremony on January 21, 2014, beginning at 5:30pm at Nova Southeastern University. A portion of the proceeds from the Leaders In Law Awards event will benefit the charity, 2-1-1 Broward.

Ken Cutler was born and raised right here in South Florida. As a graduate from Hollywood Hills High School, the University of Florida and Nova Law School, he knows our community very well. Ken has been actively litigating cases since 1986, concentrating primarily in personal injury. He has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts and has handled a broad range of negligence cases including automobile, product defects, food borne toxins, premises cases, negligent security, and many more. Ken is extremely involved in our community and has acted as a Broward County Teen Court Judge for many years. He is on the Board of the Parkland Friends of the Library and has participated over the years in many other community organizations including Broward Lawyers Care and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Lawyers for Literacy.

His law partner, Andrew Rader has been providing service to his clients throughout the States of Florida and New York for over 23 years, concentrating also in personal injury claims. Andrew was born and raised in Freeport, New York. He went to college at the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a BA in Economics. Andrew went to law school at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he graduated Cum Laude (with honors). After graduating law school, Andrew worked as a public defender in the Bronx. He earned a winning trial record despite severe budgetary constraints and single-handedly conducted all aspects of criminal defense from arrangement through pre-trial hearing to verdict. He currently holds licenses in both Florida and New York.
