7 Skills required to establish an excellent SOP

3- Pc skills

you have to be a good user of Pc and its document processing to be able to write a SOP.

4- Flow chart software

flow chart is a description method which uses drawing language to communicate the information from one party to another, this way of  description whenever you have serial process steps, parallel process steps is not well understood in this way. Flow chart tools are available in many applications, e.g. office applications.

defining what is important step and what is not will enhance the efficiency of the overall process, and in return will save you a lot of unnecessary costs. the target is to remove all un-necessary process steps or non-adding value
