Major Contract Awarded to Smith Development and Construction Company

CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. - Nov. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Smith Development & Construction Company’s Maintenance Division Lands Major Contract.

SmithDCC  based in Citrus Heights , Ca. announced today they have been awarded  a service contract from FM Franchise Management to provide  maintenance on over  600   7-Eleven and McDonald’s  stores throughout  Northern California and Nevada.  A contract of this size is a first for this newly formed maintenance division of SmithDCC,  headed by Mr Robie Wells.
