Clothing will be given to the Twin Lakes Food Bank.
By: SuperFIT Camps SuperFIT has partnered with the Turkey Trot before as its registration pick up location. Wanting to do something more meaningful this year than just be a pick up location, Fujii decided to take charge of the clothing drive. Not only did he commit to having a drop off location at SuperFIT, but he rallied his campers to open their businesses as well and coordinated the bins for drop off at 12 different locations. Noted Fujii, “Suporting the Twin Lakes Food Bank and promoting our SuperFIT values goes hand-in-hand. SuperFIT is honored to be a part of this effort to make a difference in our community.” In all, there are 12 locations where people can drop off gently used clothing, including: SuperFit Camps - Folsom ReLove It Consignment Boutique - Folsom Bright Beginnings Preschool - Folsom Alpine Mortgage Business - El Dorado Hills, Roseville American River Montessori - Folsom Schools Financial Credit Union - Folsom Almond Orchard Dental Care - Citrus Heights Kumon Learning Center - El Dorado Hills VSP (Vision Service Plan) - Rancho Cordova Bentley Real Estate - Sacramento Folsom Le Spa Day Spa - Folsom Law Offices of Victoria S. Linder - Sacramento Paychex - Folsom Exact addresses of the drop off locations can be found at http://www.folsomturkeytrot.com/ About SuperFIT Camps According to Fujii, a SuperFIT Camp is not your typical ‘hard core’ boot camp – no one is going to yell in a camper’s face or intimidate them. It is a positive, empowering program designed for women, men and children of all ages and fitness levels. The training philosophy involves the use of multiple functional movements done in a circuit-training format for maximum fat loss and muscle toning. Only the most effective exercises are done, which is why participants see significantly faster and better results in only three workouts per week. And no workout is ever the same, so no one gets bored. In addition to obtaining impressive results, participants have fun and receive the support of other campers that are looking to achieve the same goals and level of fitness. “Our boot campers range in age from grade schoolers to campers in their 70’s,” said Fujii. “It’s great to see the campers supporting each other and recognizing their successes. Of course the kidz camps are structured differently and designed to instill good physical fitness habits in a fun atmosphere instead of weight loss.” The cost for adult SuperFit Camps is just $149 per month, which equates to only $12.42 per camp if attended regularly three times per week; an unheard of value in the healthcare industry. “I’ve made SuperFIT Camps affordable for all women. It is a great value because participants receive the benefit of a personal trainer, the energy of a group fitness class and the expertise of a nutritionist at a very reasonable cost,” added Fujii. Kidz Camps are only $69 per month, which equates to $8.62 per camp with campers attending twice per week. The membership includes a nutritional plan for a complete health and fitness program. SuperFIT Camps meets at 118 Woodmere Road, #100, in Folsom, across from Harley Davidson. For more information, visit www.SuperFITCamps.com or call 916-337-4780.
