UK Unsigned Artist to release track to raise cancer awareness

GATESHEAD, U.K. - Nov. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- 'Lift Your Head' pays homage to anyone affected by cancer. Following the tragic death of a family member to the disease at the age of 51, Sam penned this hope laden anthem in just 1 hour. In order to raise awareness of the disease Sam invited some of his fans, who have been affected by cancer, to appear in the video for 'Lift Your Head', where they held up hand-written signs telling of their experiences.  Previous to this Sam has invited Marie Curie Cancer Care onto his most recent tour to collect funds and raise further awareness.

Sam has been making a name for himself in the past 18 months with the release of his debut album and his first UK Tour, receiving support from the music institutions that are Gabrielle, Beverley Knight and Jaki Graham, he also had Happy Monday's front woman Rowetta say she "loves" his music and he has worked with some of the best producers in the UK, not something just any unsigned act could claim.
