St. Meyer & Hubbard Adds Jack Horney as Senior Consultant
With Jack Horney in its ranks, St. Meyer & Hubbard's Performance Coaching and Facilitation team will continue to create measurable and lasting improvement in sales force performance for banks and credit unions.
Most recently Senior Vice President in the Retail Division at Capital One Bank, Horney is a seasoned sales executive with 40 years of experience across financial services, training/consulting and information technology.
Previously Horney was the Sales & Service Executive for the New York Metropolitan Market, responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales and service initiatives across 360 branches. Horney also held various staff positions including the design and implementation of Capital One’s retail incentive plans for 950 branches.
Prior to joining Capital One, Horney was a Senior Executive for Omega Performance. Here he helped banks develop and implement sales management routines and sales processes that delivered double digit improvement. He also worked closely with Senior Bank Executives, becoming their personal coach and mentor. Horney worked across retail, brokerage, small business and middle market lines of business.
Horney also enjoyed a 17-year career with IBM Corporation where he held successive leadership positions across sales and staff organizations. His experience included new product launches, organization design, and a sales leadership position for new business sales teams as well as major account teams across financial services, insurance and medical industries.

Jack Horney received his B.A. from Bowling Green State University and attended Executive Management programs at Harvard University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
