Leading Women CEO to Present at 2013 TEDxBeaconStreet

Continuing the dialogue from Sheryl Sandberg’s TED Talk and recently released book Lean In, Colantuono’s session entitled “Closing the Gender Gap at the Top”, will unveil Leading Women’s research, providing new insights into why more women in business are not reaching executive positions and what must be done to close the gap.

“Our research clearly indicates that corporations are not effectively communicating about and women aren’t aware of 33% of the leadership success equation. This is a crucial reason why women are stuck in middle management.
