WARRINGTON, U.K. - Nov. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Warrington based X-Press Legal Services Group – a leading national supplier of property related searches for solicitors and licensed conveyancers – is on course to break through the £6.5 million turnover barrier for the first time in its 13 year history.

Founded by husband and wife team Lynne and Dave Lister, the 16 employee company supplies a wide range of official documents; from local authority searches to water and drainage reports and from environmental surveys to documents highlighting the route of the proposed HS2 high speed train project.

Managing Director Lynne said: “It has been a busy year despite the economic slowdown as our increased turnover confirms.

"It looks like it could get busier next year in view of the growing number of house-building projects we’re hearing about.

“We are widely regarded as the market leader in the sector for quality and service and we have built up a loyal and extensive client base over the past 13 years.

"So we are looking to further growth in the months ahead as the economy continues to pull out of the doldrums.”

Responding to growing demand for its services, X-Press Legal Services Group expanded into the franchise sector in 2005.

Lynne’s knowledge of the sector, acquired during a successful ten year career with a leading franchising magazine, enabled the company to quickly and successfully establish itself in the wider market.

Today the company has 36 franchisees across the UK who now share the commitment and success of a brand whose ethos is firmly based on the concept of quality of service.

Lynne added: “We are looking forward to a successful New Year. In addition to the usual demand from solicitors and conveyancers, there is also growing interest in the impact of the proposed route of the HS2 railway line on properties and neighbourhoods."
