Mommy Strength- Online Workouts for the expecting moms
The world of pregnancy will be changing with the release of Mommy Strength-Online Workouts for the expecting moms. Included with the site will be a collection of workouts ranging from 1st to 2nd to 3rd trimester to post partum and beyond.
The site is slated for release late winter 2014. Yoga will eventually be added and possibly even couples workouts because daddy needs to be strong too.
In addition to the workouts, Yun also plans to have educational modules in terms of what to expect during pregnancy, the foods women need to avoid before, during and after pregnancy, and what to feed your baby to create a Super Child.
