International Music Festival and Multi Artist Tour ends on High Note in Dubai

PANAJI, India - Nov. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- The buzz about the WOA India and Dubai tour has been all over TV, the Press and Radio all through September and October this year. The fan frenzy hit a fever pitch on the 30th of October when the 6th Annual WOA International Music festival and India Tour committee announced on national newspapers that MTV Europe Music Awards Nominee Oliver Sean would be headlining the two major festival concerts in Goa at Sofala and Fiesta, along with International musicians Eric Dulle and Gypsy Pearl from France and the USA joining the artist playbill for the festival this year.

Both the shows during the Goa leg of the tour, which is also promoted as the WOA International Music Festival, were sold out events and this was the first time that the WOA International festival was held at two different locations proving to be a success for both the artists and the fans.

The much talked about album, the Independent No.1's Vol.2 compilation album, was also released during the WOA Music Festival. The 6th Annual India Tour continued with Eric Dulle and Gypsy Pearl in Bangalore at Bootlegger on the 5th of November and the Finale of the 6th Annual WOA Records India Tour taking place at the Wellingdon Gymkhana in Santacruz Mumbai.

For several years the W.O.A Records India Tour has had two major partners who have supported the WOA Records India Tour. Maintaining this fantastic support, both the partners of the WOA tour - Vh1 India and the DeSouza Group were backing the tour full scale once again this year, showing their support for Independent Music and W.O.A International who have pioneered International Independent Music in India for over a decade.

The WOA Tour then moved to Dubai the very next day on the 7th of November with the artists flying to Dubai from Europe and India to kick off the WOA International Dubai Tour 2013 with a bang. Matthias Sturm was the headliner of the Dubai Tour with Eric Dulle making a special appearance on the Dubai Tour.

The 2013 WOA International Dubai tour kicked off with a 3 hour radio special on 105.4 Radio Spice on the ' Live and Kicking Radio Show with Abhishek' where the artists Matthias Sturm and Eric Dulle performed live during the marathon 3 hour radio special. The radio show also had a special guest dropping in for an impromptu performance, none other than Oliver Sean, who performed one of his favourite tracks 'Stand by me' with Eric and Matthias jamming with the International music star much to the deight of fans across the United Arab Emirates who were tuned in across the country. Free merchandise and concert invitations were also given out to fans during the show.

Various other media events ensued with the entire tour culminating at 'The Music Room' for the main Concert and Finale of the WOA International Dubai tour where Eric Dulle opened the performance with a fantastic high energy set which was pure Eric Dulle in all his glory, shining in his gold outfit and engaging the screaming fans at the Music Room.

The Headliner of the night, WOA Records artist Matthias Sturm engaged the crowd with his alternative singer songwriter persona mixing with a Hendrix reincarnation on stage. Going crazy with his guitar and rocking the stage the singer then shocked the fans by going on stage with a mask and giving them a fantastic performance in a baroque style of his French song Pierrot, which incidentally hit Number 3 on the Artist Aloud Music charts in India, Asia and Middle East on the very same day as the WOA International Dubai Tour Finale. Matthias Sturm ended the musical performance with the fans longing for more.

The night ended with Oliver Sean being invited to the stage to say a few words where the WOA International founder and International Music Star thanked the fans and the artists and all the WOA Records Tour partners, media partners and venues who came together to make this one of a kind musical event a grand success.
