By: Bryan Alaspa “It was one of the best experiences I have had with the audiobook process,” said the author from his offices in Chicago, Illinois. “Working with the narrator, Ed Altman, was fantastic. I really felt like we were a team and he asked me lots of questions about the story and the characters and let me hear the chapters as he finished them. I think this is one of the best audiobooks for one of my novels yet.” Sapphire was released as a novel and ebook earlier in 2013. It is the author’s first foray into the Young Adult genres. It tells the story of a misfit teenager named Jimmy Parker who meets a mysterious, but beautiful, young girl on the side of the road while on the way to a dance. Before long Jimmy and his friend George are hurtling into a mystery that is decades old and Sapphire holds the key to solving it. About Bryan W. Alaspa Bryan W.
