TACG Accepted into the SBA 8(a) Program

DAYTON, Ohio - Nov. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- The Small Business Administration (SBA) has accepted  TACG into the 8(a) program. TACG is now a Federally Recognized Tribal 8(a) company. As a Tribal 8(a) TACG is eligible to participate in contracting activities under the special rights defined by Section 450b (e) of title 25 U.S.C.  These special contracting privileges help jumpstart Indian and Alaskan Native Village reservation economies.  Additionally, federal agencies and federal contractors receive strong incentives to contract with tribal and ANC firms.

TACG’s Tribal 8(a) status will benefit clients by enabling:

- A more efficient and quicker contract turn-around through directed contract awards

- Improved value through more open cost negotiations

- Improved impact  with contracts controlled and managed between TACG and the customer

- The building of partnerships to provide the best team to meet diverse requirements

- Organizations to better meet small business contracting goals/mandates
