Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie Supports THEARC with Holiday Shop Opening

Nov. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- On November 20, 2013 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m., Neiman Marcus & THEARC will host a special reception including passed hors d'oeuvres and a gift preview event featuring an exclusive group of holiday items specially picked by Ken Downing, Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus. Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie has selected THEARC to receive financial support generated from the sale of these items as they are committed to bringing the joy of art and arts education to Ward 8 in Southeast Washington, DC.

Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie is located at 5300 Wisconsin Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20015. The neartest metro stop is Friendship Heights. Garage parking is available.


Officially opened in 2005, the Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC) was built and is run by Building Bridges Across the River, a nonprofit 501-c-3 organization.  THEARC is a $27 million, 110,000 square foot, state-of-the-art campus located in Washington, DC's Ward 8.  With a mission of working to improve the quality of life for residents of Ward 8, THEARC is home to eleven of Washington, DC's best nonprofit agencies, all of which share the goal of helping children and adults reach their full potential.
