Follow on Google News | EDTS Adds Two to Southeastern IT Engineering Support TeamWilliam Green and Ted Nichols have joined Southeastern IT provider EDTS, a consulting firm specializing in network security and managed IT services for business, as Support Engineers.
By: EDTS Born in Honduras and a long-time resident of District Heights, Maryland, Mr. Green has more than a decade of professional information technology experience in higher education and business-to- Mr. Nichols joins EDTS after serving in IT support and management for Blue Cross Blue Shield. A native of Pusan, Korea, he has more than a decade of experience in networking and system administration. He holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Auburn University and an M.S. degree in Physics from New Mexico State University. A Cisco Certified Network Associate and Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Systems Engineer, he also holds advanced certifications in networking and security from CompTIA. As support engineers, both Mr. Green and Mr. Nichols will help ensure that critical IT systems are available, optimized, and secure, while assisting EDTS customers in increasing team productivity and reducing cost associated with information technology.
