MPK Lofts Turn Dingy Garage Into Stunning Leisure Space

Nov. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The innovative and creative minions at MPK Lofts recently implemented the renovation and conversion of an old garage in the Bristol region, which is now complete. What was once a dark and empty garage space is now a spacious and useable leisure area, which is much more suited to their client’s wants and needs.

The work started on 9^th September of this year. The first steps were stripping everything that was there back to its bare basics, and bi folding doors were added for ease of access to the back garden and a more stylish overall appearance. They also added a new ceiling to ensure both the structures stability and its general safety. The entire space was insulated with multi-foil insulation for warmth, and painted to all the desired specifications. The project was finished on the 14^th October, and the client added some sports equipment and shelving to complete the look.

The conversion was carried out to the highest of standards, and like all MPK home improvements, a Completion Certificate was applied for and awarded by an independent building inspector. It is one of their best garage conversions to date and they intend to do more work in the coming months for other garages in need, as well as lofts.
