Hacienda Golf Properties announces Hacienda Del Alamo Villa Reduced by 26,000 Euros

MURCIA, Spain - Nov. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- The fundamentals for the Spanish property market have changed slightly in the last quarter with september inflation at a low 0.3% and the central bank of spain announcing a 0.1% gdp growth for the first time in 9 quarters (according to the national statistics institute).

The industry has seen an increase in buying activity for lower priced properties recently with investors snatching up reductions most likely with the assumption of rising prices in years to come.

Massive reductions in Spanish property have taken place over the last year due to Spanish bad bank Sareb, so many people are lowering prices to compete.

Hacienda Golf Properties have just announced on their website the property of the week has been reduced by 26,000 Euros.

The 2 bed Villa was listed for sale at 115,000 Euros and due to the owners wanting a quick sale, the property has been reduced to 89,000.

Hacienda Golf Properties Director John Green said, "This property (referring to the 2 bed villa) has been priced to sell and is unlikely to be around at this low price very long".

It is located very close to the 18 hole championship golf course and has a large community pool.
