Atlanta Airport hosts Exhibition of Acclaimed Photographs “Journey of Giants, Whales in the City"
Sixteen hailed photographs of humpback whales, taken during their yearly migration in the Americas will make its debut November 14th in the United States, at the Atlanta Airport, the busiest in the world.
“Journey of Giants” was chosen out of 250 submissions by curators at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport”, said Alejandro Balaguer, Executive Director of Albatros Media Foundation. According to airport statistics, around 250,000 people will transit by the exhibition daily during the two months that it will be on display, which coincides with the busiest time at the airport, the Holiday Season.
The exhibition began in Panama in 2012 and it will make a stop at every one of the 11 Latin American countries, which make up the Buenos Aires Group of the International Whaling Commission. Albatros Media Foundation hopes to inspire audiences to become agents of change and environmental awareness in the Americas.
You too can be an agent of change by making a generous donation. There are still “Journey of Giants” sponsorship opportunities available in the United States, as the exhibition makes its way to one of its biggest audiences in the world, the Atlanta airport.
