New Investments Help ETI Focus on the Next Generation of Fire Records

ETI received a significant financial investment that will enable the company to focus on newer technologies such as mobile, tablet-based inspections, and web-based NFIRS reporting, with a focus on software as a service (SaaS) options for fire departments.

Mr. Jeff Robertson will assume the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, leading ETI’s future growth.

Mr. Robertson brings to ETI a broad range of public safety industry expertise, including knowledge he has gained from direct, hands-on public safety experience. Most recently Mr. Robertson was managing partner at Robertson & Associates, and a previous member of ETI’s Board of Directors. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Intergraph’s US public safety division. Mr. Robertson was also the executive director of the 911 Industry Alliance, an organization that represents the emergency communications industry in the development of emergency technology infrastructure and policy. Additionally, Robertson served as CEO of TCI-TelControl and CEO of CML Emergency Services.
