Fred Yancy, REALTOR is on the Move

WOODSTOCK, Ga. - Nov. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Woodstock, GA:  Harry Norman, Realtors of the Cobb Marietta office are proud to announce the newest addition of Fred Yancy.  Fred Yancy has been buying and selling real estate since 1980. After graduating from the University of Memphis in 1978 with a Business degree, Fred began working in the Memphis area, buying multiple properties in the Mid-town area, renovated them and rented them out.

In the mid 80's he started working for Magnolia Realty Company selling primarily first time homebuyers . He really enjoyed working with this team.  It was a genuine pleasure to help people purchase their first home. However, around 1995 he obtained his Tennessee Broker License and opened his own real estate firm, Fred Yancy Realty in Memphis, TN. He had a small office in Memphis with about 15 agents.

Two years ago Fred relocated to the North Atlanta area, where he obtained his broker license for the state of Georgia. He began working with Crye-Leike Realtors, a name very well known in the Memphis area.
