Speaker Bio:
David Babicz
is an Agile transformation specialist with a proven track record of transitioning teams and enterprises to the Agile culture and Scrum practices through a variety of training, coaching and assessment offerings.  A certified Scrum Master, Babicz joined West Monroe Partners from Solstice Consulting, where he created and grew that firm's Agile transformation practice.  Babicz has led client transformation efforts ranging from enterprise-wide strategic and cultural efforts to single teams and targeted training offerings.  His background include software development and his work as an Agile team leader and database developer spans the areas of content and digital rights management, digital and print publishing, financial services analysis and reporting, customer account management and investment research.

Babicz is active in the Chicago Agile community, serving as a board member on the Chicago Agile Professional Learning Network and as a host for the Chicago Agile Mehodology Group.
