Bunnell, FL – Palm Coast Heating & Air Conditioning is pleased to announce that they have hired new customer service representative Sarah Mohamed.

Sarah’s duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping customers with maintenance agreements, and general office assistant duties. She moved to Palm Coast in 2004 and she is a Matanzas High School graduate. Sarah also attended Keiser College. “It’s been a great experience to learn so much here,” said Sarah. “One of my favorite parts about working here is my co-workers,” she added.

“We’re busy,” says owner of Palm Coast Heating & Air Conditioning Douglas Jahn. “Our top priority is our customers and that includes not having them reach an automated phone system, and them not having to wait too long for help when they call,” added Jahn.

The company recently added a new van to their service vehicles, a 2013 Ford, E 250 cargo van. It is used to transport equipment and tools, and brings the company’s service vehicles up to five vans total.
