The 90 Day Business Challenge is a unique group action planning program that brings entrepreneurs and business owners together to gain clarity and direction, while focusing on up to 3 concrete goals over a 90 day period. “The 90 Day Business Challenge allows business owners to set their priorities so they can accomplish their most pressing goals, Glover says, often difficult for a small business or solopreneur who is carrying out many of the functions of their business”. Glover states that The 90 Day Business Challenge is designed to offer business owners: · A specific process and the structure needed to build momentum, gain clarity and focus on key priority short-term goals. · A supportive network and an accountability system as they work towards the goals they want to accomplish. · A non-threatening competitive environment that allows them to eagerly move forward. Participants start the challenge by completing and committing to a 90 day action plan. Each participant receives an action plan toolkit that guides them through a series of activities such as personal asset mapping, visioning, and developing milestones, allowing them to narrow their priorities. Throughout the challenge, individuals will work with two coaches and have access to podcasts, live coaching calls and webinars. The 90 Day Business Challenge begins on November 11th.
