Luxury Homes Division Stakes a Claim in Miami, Aventura, Hallandale and Sunny Isles, FL
Aventura, Florida, October 31, 2013 — Keller Williams Elite Properties has announced that it has added agents to facilitate the Luxury Homes arm of its business. Dedicated to serving the high-end home market, the members-only Luxury Homes division of Keller Williams Realty, offers eligible associates extensive training and a luxury home designation. In addition, this exclusive group of realtors network with over 1300 members nationwide that specialize in luxury sales. To be a member they must meet luxury sales requirements and be certified with the Luxury Institute
Eric Ubiera, CEO and Team Leader for this office, has been charged with the task of re-launching this Keller Williams franchise. The focus of the re-launch is on Luxury and International Business. “As a business coach who has coached and mentored Luxury Agents throughout my career, I am excited to launch this division. The reason I chose Keller Williams Luxury International was the incredible investment and worldwide reach KW has placed in the division. Only a special kind of agent can sell a luxury home and it takes a special company to support their goals”, says Ubiera.
The Keller Williams Realty division is spearheaded by Dee Shultz, a long time leader in the luxury homes market in Austin, Texas. She says that this program allows more KW associates to capitalize on the luxury homes market across North America. “When you look at the luxury homes market – it’s been more stable than the real estate market as a whole, so we want to arm our agents to capitalize on that opportunity,”
The educational requirement is provided by industry heavyweight, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (www.luxuryhomemarketing.com)
“We know that when we listen to what our agents need, we develop the right product for them,” says Mary Tennant, president and COO of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. “This program was built by our agents, for our agents. As an agent-centric company, we wouldn’t do it any other way.”
Since the program made its official debut in 2007, KW Luxury Home Consultants and their clients have been introduced to new branding and marketing materials, an international Web presence (www.kwluxuryhomes.com) and agent-to-agent referral opportunities, as well as discounted pricing for advertising in targeted print publications including the Robb Report, DuPont Registry, Unique Homes, The Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times and The New York Times.
Adds Shultz: “We know that this program provides greater visibility for our luxury listings, a strong support system for our agents currently servicing affluent clients, and a firm foundation for growth to our associates who are looking to key into the market. It’s a win-win for everyone.”
