WAKE FOREST, N.C. - Nov. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- You'll have a howling good time at this year’s Pet-a-Palooza Nov 9th at 11am – 4pm at Lafayette Village in Raleigh. Dirty Dogs Spa (, Trail Dog Outfitters ( and the rest of the sponsors welcomes families with leashed pets can enjoy a day of music, fashion, food and entertainment. No fee to attend.

The event kicks off with a Blessing of the Rescues by Eric and Susan Lindblade of North Raleigh Methodist Church. The Chili Cook-off and Cornhole Tournament start soon after. Trail Dog Outfitters will be presenting special additions to their apparel line to celebrate the event, the Chili Dog and Corn Dog t-shirts. Special fundraisers will take place throughout the event. Merchants will be offering promotions, discounts and in-store raffles. Entertainment will highlight throughout the day, with musical performances by Rich Emily-Project Band and Embers End.

The sponsors have pulled out all the stops making this an unforgettably fun event for all, four-legged attendees included. Santa will be there with Wags for Tags for pictures. Stop by and see Dr. Joel Fisher and his Vet Tech, Kenny Wall as they present their award winning show dogs. Raleigh’s Finest K-9 dogs will also be represented. Don’t miss special presentations by Unleashed and Camp Bow Wow.

All proceeds will benefit Pets in the Plaza Rescues, All Breeds Animal Rescue of the Carolina, New Rattitude (Rat Terrier Rescue), Carolina Poodle Rescue, PAWNC, Wags for Tags, St Furever Freedom Animal Rescue and Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love.
