9Round Moves Into New Berlin, WI

We officially opened August 28, 2013, but we invite you to join us for our grand opening on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 9AM to 1PM. 9Round is a specialized fitness center with a one of a kind fitness routine.We incorporate different aspects of boxing and kickboxing into our workouts. Our routines are centered around nine different workout stations. You spend three minutes at each station and experience a full body workout that can burn up to 550 calories in only thirty minutes. You get to workout just as if you were a professional fighter, but at 9Round you do not have to be a professional fighter to experience our fitness routines. We have certified 9Round trainers, who will walk you through your entire workout and demonstrate how to correctly perform each move to achieve the best results possible. Our trainers are able to adapt each fitness routine to meet your fitness level and your fitness needs. The adaptability of our program helps us to gaurantee you the results you crave in the least amount of time.

The owner of 9Round New Berlin, Laura, is no stranger to the 9Round fitness routine. She has been in athletics all of her life and was searching for a place to workout in that was fun and different. She stumbled upon a 9Round and has been hooked ever since. After being a member for six months, Laura decided that she had to bring the workout that she loved to New Berlin, so that others could experience the routine that she knows will give people the results they want. Laura has always enjoyed helping others and now she has the chance to help them reach their goals by bringing 9Round to them. She is hoping to grow 9Round New Berlin to 300 members by the end of October, and within the next year, she is looking forward to opening a second location.
