Kinderhook Education Foundation Arts and Humanities Fund Benefit Dinner Dance

Oct. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- The Kinderhook Education Foundation Benefit Dinner Dance will take place on Saturday, November 9^th at the Winding Brook Country Club in Valatie, NY. Tickets are $35 each with a cash bar. The event runs from 6-10:30 pm, complete with a buffet supper and dancing to music provided by the NY Brass Authority.

The proceeds from the Dinner Dance will go towards matching the fund challenge for the Ellsworth Kelly Endowment and held by Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation. These funds are earmarked for fine arts, performing arts, literary and other cultural experiences for the Ichabod Crane Community.

The artwork of 9 Ichabod Crane Art Alumni, spanning three decades of graduates, will be included in a silent auction.  Artists include: Elizabeth Andrews, Michael P. Arndt, Robin Requa Guthridge, Sarah Haze, Chris Kline, Hank Pinkowski, Melodie Provenzano, Jim Rose and Stacey Scibelli.  This incredible group of working fine artists and illustrators hail from Boston, Colorado, NYC, Berlin, Germany and Columbia County.

Many valuable raffle items along with some quite unique surprises will be available at the Benefit Dinner Dance. Checks or cash only will be accepted for all items at the event.  A fun filled evening for all is anticipated!
