Smith has a major background in Critical Care, Shock Trauma, and Home Health Care. Her tenure of 40 years as a Professional RN qualifies her to bring Supervisory and Technical Writing skills to the operations of the boutique. This duo couldn't have made a better team.  Their visions are lined up with the mission of CCE in delivering one's messages on high professional standards.

Tishawn Seaton expresses, "I envisioned operating CCE as a Family-based business, however, I wondered if any of my family members would dare to dream such a vision so close to my heart. As a mother-daughter team, we will be able to strategically develop our client's brand, image, and product visibility on a global scale."

Earlier this year, Smith took the initiative to assist Seaton with major client projects specifically in the areas of leadership management, writing, proofreading, and editing marketing materials. Smith is instrumental in impacting lives and keeping individuals on the right path to be productive citizens.

Smith intends to impart her skill sets to strengthen the organization of CCE as she contributes her expertise to the family business.  Her talents will be used to actively build Kingdom projects.  Smith stated, “ I believe we are God's agents in the earth and we must leave a legacy to impact future lives by implementing and fulfilling our God-given purposes."
