Chosen to be in charge of the new Miracle Whisk project was Matt, who is now travelling across the country and training other team members in different branches of the business. More fantastic news comes in the form of promotions. Matt along with Brandy has been promoted to training positions in the company. These new positions will see Matt and Brandy conducting all of the product knowledge meetings and new hire training, as well as assisting in the structuring of all training sessions. October will have another team leader’s meeting, this time in Dallas. The meeting will have two top leaders from each branch of the business attending, and it will span one full day. The event will have guest speakers who will talk about different topics and give attendees an insight into how to be a batter manager or team player. It will also involve high-energy training time for all involved.

Last but not the least, there is also an upcoming trip to Jamaica. This is designed to not just be a retreat, but to offer a really fun form of training. This trip will last two days and will take attendees to a luxurious Jamaican hotel resort. Those attending will have access to a private beach, many different pools, a lazy river, restaurants and many more luxury amenities. It will be a great chance for team members all over the country to get to know one another and share their experiences in marketing.
