ASBURY PARK, N.J. - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Allenhurst, NJ - Eat, Drink & Be Merry Productions is the brainchild of Allie Hall who believes “Wine adds fun and flavor to any occasion.”

Ms. Hall is a partner in Eat, Drink & Be Merry….a company that believes there is no better way to bring people together, get them talking and simply having fun than a wine-focused event. As Hall explains, “Eat, Drink & Be Merry Productions is designed to take your knowledge of wine to the next level with a variety of wine classes that teach the basics of tastings, how to identify wine types and about the different wine regions of the world, while making it fun. “

Whether you are looking to impress top clients, encourage a team building activity, host a wine party with friends,an alumni gathering or a large corporate party, Hall knows she can design the perfect event for you or your organization. The company’s goal is to make wine and food pairing fun and interesting for groups from 25 to 50, and will host larger groups based on the size of the venue.

These events are interesting and interactive. You and your guests will learn about wine — what you like, what you don’t, how to talk about it  and, you learn about each other—that’s what makes it a party.

The classes are fun, the style is personal, and the wine experience is unique. Each event and topic offers selected wines and edibles chosen for their “pair-ability”while providing helpful insight into food and wine pairing basics. Furthermore, each session includes customized programs with tasting notes, and Eat, Drink & Be Merry’s tips on sizing up a wine and food pairing. These sessions are wildly popular for wine enthusiasts at any level of wine appreciation.
To introduce the concept to the area, the company has scheduled five events at different venues with the first entitled Organic Wines & Health Benefits taking place at a yoga studio in Belmar, NJ: Yoga Anjali is located at 911 Main Street and this session will take place Saturday, November 9, from 4-6 p.m.
