Education at Work, Inc. announces new Executive Leadership in Tanya Mahon

CINCINNATI - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Cincinnati non-profit and customer service organization, Education at Work, Inc., announces the addition of Tanya Mahon, a veteran in the customer service industry, as the new Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

Tanya’s role as the head of business development, client services and marketing is to build, sustain and grow the client-base for Education at Work.  She is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing client-partners, while seeking out new partners who want to leverage the power of EAW’s student-agents to fulfill their overall customer service mission.

Tanya’s top priorities are:

·   Creating awareness and support of Education at Work's mission and capabilities.
·   Acquisition and growth of key client-partner relationships.
·   Ensuring that EAW is delivering on clients’ business and customer goals.
·   Partnership development within community, university and vendor organizations.

Tanya has over 25 years of experience in the customer care industry including call center, CRM, billing solutions and customer experience research.   Her tenure in the business includes the birth of call center outsourcing, from onshore to offshore to right shore.  Mahon’s past roles include working for one of the world’s largest business process outsourcing providers as well as a mid-tier, mission driven BPO. Her responsibilities have included sales and sales management, account management, software delivery and service, and customer experience research.

As a first generation college graduate, Tanya knows how difficult self-funding a college education can be and is eager to help students offset this financial burden.
