Palm Beach Outlets Announces New Hires

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- New England Development announced today that three seasoned retail marketing and leasing professionals have joined the Palm Beach Outlets management team: Audrey Ruival as Specialty Leasing Director, Pamela Luge-Rada as Marketing Director, and Lilian Rojas as Assistant Marketing Director. All three are area residents.

Audrey Ruival will be responsible for the specialty leasing program.  Prior to joining New England Development, she was the Senior Common Area Coordinator for several malls, responsible for business development including the specialty leasing program and property events.  She also spent four years at Midtown Residences at Palm Beach Gardens, a residential living and mixed-use property, where she was involved in all aspects of daily property management and tenant relationships. Audrey is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College and resides in Jupiter, Florida.

Pamela Luge-Rada, Marketing Director, will be responsible for marketing, advertising and public relations for the center.  Previously, she was Director of Mall Marketing and Business Development responsible for year-round marketing programs including website marketing, social media programs, mall events, partnership marketing and the gift card program at Tyrone Square, Downtown at the Gardens and Boynton Beach Mall.  Previous to that, she spent several years at The Mall at Wellington Green as an Internet and Sponsorship Coordinator.

Lilian Rojas will be working alongside Pam as Assistant Marketing Director. Previously, she implemented Sawgrass Mills’ tourism program, managed Coral Square Mall’s Customer Service Department and most recently was the Marketing Assistant at Treasure Coast Square. Pam is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Developed in partnership by New England Development and Eastern Real Estate, Palm Beach Outlets is located just off Interstate 95 at Exit 71 on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The center, opening February 14, 2014, will feature approximately 100 outlet stores as well as an adjacent retail center opening in late 2014 including Nordstrom Rack and Whole Foods.
