WARNING! Zombie invasion predicted at The Printworks on 27th October

MANCHESTER, U.K. - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- For the past five years over 1000 Zombies have regularly been migrating to The Printworks, and for one night only this year the venue has geared up with Kevlar netting around the scheme. As a safety precaution a special task force in the shape of the Ghostbuster team will also assist Printworks security staff.

The zombies are expected to come from all over the UK and will take over The Printworks at 4pm before moving on for a great walk around Manchester City Centre. Café rouge, Bierkeller, Bean’s and Waxy O’Connor’s in The Printworks are all trying to pacify the Zombies by organising an after party with special offers on drinks, food and providing them with additional makeup should they want to touch up their brain, eyes or guts.

The Printworks are doing all this for charity and have teamed up with The Booth Foundation to raise money for Manchester’s Homeless.  Anyone who takes part in the Zombie Walk will be asked to make a contribution to The Booth Foundations buckets.

Waxy O’Connor’s have also organised a Zombie movie presentation for the upcoming Zombie Apocalypse movie straight after the walk which starts at 6pm.
For any mini zombies and little pumpkins; Hard Rock Cafe have their Little Monsters Ball from 9am – 11am on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October. There will be breakfast, face painting and lots of ghoulish games. Tickets are priced at £7.50 for little monsters and £9 for big monsters spaces are limited, so please call 0161 831 6700 to book your tickets.

“The Zombie Walk is in its 5th year now and we are doing our best to play nice with the zombies.  Tenants have done some great offers to pacify attendees and we are pleased to be able to support such a worthwhile cause as the Booth Foundation. We do advise members of the public to be cautious with these Zombies, although they have been very nice for the past five years they do still enjoy a bit of brain.”
