SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- In Northern California mayhem has broken loose in San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Cruz and surrounding areas. It started small, on September 26th, news hit that KGWans hot sauce was officially on the market. Upon their return, from New Orleans, the 1xinfin team started distribution with some surprising results. It seems that once tasted, people lose their minds and cannot get enough.

“We knew we were onto something, but we never expected this,” said Karl Goldfield from behind a protective glass cell, “We cannot believe that this outbreak of mass hysteria is coming just because people have tasted and fell in love with our hot sauce.”

Goldfield has been in hiding since the three breakins over the last month that cost him thousands of cases of sauce and several contusions to the skull and body. All of his storage locations are now in secret locations and protected by a small army.

“We do not know what else to do,” Goldfield explains, “We will  release it to stores, but it is at their own risk. It seems we cannot guarantee that once consumed people will be able to control their desire to obtain more.”

There are endless reports throughout the Bay Area of people on the streets trying to sell their iProducts, Starbucks gift cards,  and ZipCar memberships, just to replenish their KGWans stash.

“It is the perfect mix of citrus, vinegar and habaneros,” says Tom R. as he stands next to his Prius with a sign that reads ‘Must Sell, name your price’ in the window, “I have never tasted anything like it. It is like the cure for boredom. It simply makes everything taste better.”

Goldfield warns that while his team will have a near unlimited supply available for demo days, it is likely that each market will only maintain a few cases supply at any one time. It is recommended that those in need visit them during business hours and pick up a few bottles.
