Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Amerivap Systems, the industry pioneer in industrial dry steam cleaners will unveil its new tarping system for large industrial meat and cheese slicers at the Process Expo in Chicago, November 3-6, 2013.

The new technology enables the operator to use a dry steam generator to clean and sanitize large slicers in minutes without having to break down any equipment.  This is possible due to the high heat and very dry steam of the company’s proprietary TruBlu industrial steam cleaner.  One of the Xtreme Steam line of industrial steam cleaners, the TruBlu reaches 320 degrees Fahrenheit at the tip and an incredible 1% moisture.  And, unlike internal “plant steam,” the TruBlu produces culinary grade steam without any impurities.

In addition to the tarping system, visitors can see the New Houdini Magic Box conveyor washer and sanitizer for interlocking and mesh belts.  The new Houdini was specifically designed to clean, sanitize and vacuum hard to clean interlocking modular belts.
