New Collection Launch by ATADesigns “Art Deco With A Modern Twist” Wallpapers & Murals

LONDON - Oct. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Introducing “Art Deco with a Modern Twist” wall coverings and murals, inspired by the decadent heady roaring 1920s and 30s. Both the playful colours seen in the “Walter’s Jazz Lounge”, and “Harvey’s Bar” murals, and black and white “Manhattan Bar” and “Diamond-cut” wallpapers, highlight the style and energy of this era.

With its decorative interiors, geometric architecture and skyscraping structures. It’s fashion, art, and graphics steeped in the modernist spirit of the scene and its jazz music this was certainly an exciting time.  The iconic Josephine Baker also springs to mind, setting the trend with her unique dancing and glamorous style.

Annette has captured this movement and excitement in her “Lila” single panel mural and “Heavenly Cocktail” wallpaper and these are just two examples from her collection.  Annette says, “This era is just oozing with fresh new ideas. The Futurists of this time were forging many influential historical changes, and I get the impression that there were certainly lots of interesting parties too”
