LIVERPOOL, U.K. - Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Search engine marketing specialists Blue Ocean Search see 200% growth in sales between July and September 2013.

The company, which specialises in SEO, PPC and social media for small to medium sized enterprises, has been busy.

The company has attributed the growth to three key aims of their business plan.

Their first aim was to maximise exposure on search engines, both through PPC and SEO, so the website was found by customers who were looking for their services. They secondly have a very clear retention strategy for clients, based on a long term partnership model to help both businesses succeed long term. Their final aim is their company mission, which is to be the UK’s number one search engine marketing agency in the UK for SMEs.

Their mantra, “if you can’t be found you can’t compete”, is particularly poignant for small to medium companies who, with lower financial pockets, have a much better chance of competing with major brands on search engines than they do through expensive traditional media.

Over the course of the last 8 years the online marketing industry has become very crowded and its difficult to distinguish any difference between them. At Blue Ocean Search their goal is clearly to service small to medium sized companies and every function of the company is centred around that goal.

Some of the recent client wins have been dramatic, having seen Blue Ocean Search competing against much bigger search agencies and winning the business. Managing Director, Geoff Parker, believes this is down to the message the company wants to put out.

Blue Ocean Search have also established a successful training service as another alternative to SMEs who are not in a position to outsource their online marketing, but who have resource in house to do it.

Due to the rapid growth, Blue Ocean Search have taken on a new web developer to help with increasing the exposure of the website and replicating proven SEO strategies onto clients’ websites. The company expects further appointments before the end of the year and are looking forward to exhibiting at the Digital Marketing Show at Excel in London at the end of November 2013.
