FastMed Opens First Greenville, NC Clinic to Meet Greenville’s Urgent Care Needs

CLAYTON, N.C. - Oct. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- October 17, Clayton, NC – FastMed will open its first Greenville North Carolina urgent care location to residents October 19, with an open house from 11 am to 3 pm. FastMed’s newest clinic is the site of the former Blockbuster Video located at 315 Greenville Boulevard, Suite 100, neighboring Realty World East Carolina of Greenville. Renovated to provide quality and affordable urgent care services, FastMed will be open 365 days a year, making it the 36^th FastMed location in North Carolina.

Starting opening day, FastMed will offer the first 100 patients a $5.00 adult flu vaccination and as part of the FastMed’s “This Fall Go Flu-Less” campaign. FastMed clinical staff will also provide blood pressure checks, tours of the new urgent care clinic and will answer questions.

In addition, the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce will host FastMed’s Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting luncheon on Monday, November 4 from 11 am to 1 pm. The ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 12 noon. Guests will be treated to lunch, a background on FastMed’s history in North Carolina, its mission to patients in each community where FastMed clinics are located, and information highlighting special programs and services offered by FastMed.
