San Diego Seafood Restaurant Introduces Diners Club

Red Sails Inn in Point Loma introduces a Diners Club for those who want to be notified of specials and discounts by text on their cell phone. It's a win-win situation for those who like San Diego Seafood.

SAN DIEGO - Oct. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- This San Diego Seafood Restaurant has introduced a diners club accessible by texting redsails to 71441 from your cell phone. Those participating will receive notification of specials once each week. Normal texting charges apply, but you can always remove yourself from receiving texts by replying STOP to any text you receive. Red Sails Inn promises that they will not send you a text more than once each week.

The advantage of joining a diners club, with any restaurant, is that you get priority notice of any specials they are offering on any given day. In addition, you may also receive discounts or free food or drinks from time to time.

Red Sails Inn is a second generation restaurant that has been around for more than 50 years and is known throughout San Diego as a great place to go for just about any meal. Through the years they have won several awards for seafood, steaks, drinks, best breakfast and just about anything else you can name. There’s a reason that they win awards like that. It’s called providing quality food and service. Of course the location doesn’t hurt.

Located on Shelter Island in the Point Loma area of San Diego, Red Sails has the perfect location. Just off the patio is a collection of luxury yachts that makes every visit feel special. Especially for the kids who dream about one day owning a yacht of their own. The patio makes a great place to enjoy a meal when the weather permits, which in San Diego is most of the time.

When you’ve finished your meal it’s just a short walk to San Diego Bay where you can see even more yachts and Navy ships. Right across the Bay is the Coronado Navy base where you can see Navy planes take off and land. The Coronado Navy base is now a repair depot, but several years ago it was an active Navy base with several squadrons of planes of every description.

At the top and end of Point Loma is the Cabrillo National Monument where you can see some of the history of San Diego and a great view of the surrounding area. People also go there to watch the whale migration in December-March. There is so much to see from the Cabrillo National Monument that I would suggest it’s a must see.

Whether you live in San Diego or are coming on a visit, you really should come by the Red Sails Inn and enjoy the same quality food that people have talked about for decades. To learn more just visit their website at: http://www.theredsails.com/
