VACAVILLE, Calif. - Oct. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Solano County, CA October 20, 2013, Spectrum Properties, the largest Commercial Real Estate management firm in Solano, has announced the sale of its relatively new residential management division to local firm Solano Property Management.  Traci Perry, Broker/Owner, opened Spectrum’s residential division in 2009 and guided its expansion throughout Solano County, eventually providing services to sophisticated investors across the Nation.  Solano Property Management is the largest residential management firm in the County, making the transition “a logical and mutually beneficial one.” Said Perry.  Traci added, “Spectrum is poised to grow on the commercial side, which has always been our core focus.  The sale will launch growth in both companies.”
Steve Spencer, Broker/Owner of Solano Property Management said that “SPM looks forward to delivering the next level services to their new clients with advanced placement for tenants, resource management and capital planning for the properties.” The portfolio consists primarily of single family homes and condo units in Solano County, and its valued clients transferred over September 1st. The sale will allow the residential clients to benefit from the many years of streamlined success and expertise that SPM has to offer, while providing Spectrum the opportunity to focus on its primary business of commercial management and brokerage as the commercial market continues to improve.
With 30 years in business and over a million square feet and growing under Perry’s leadership, Spectrum continues to experience success in its commercial division. “While our residential clients are sad to see us go, we are confident that Solano Property Management Company will take excellent care of them. And, this gives us the chance to take advantage of the improving local market on the commercial front, where we really shine. The timing and partnership couldn’t be better,” said Perry.

Recognized as the leader for Commercial Real Estate in Solano County, Perry started at Spectrum in 2002 and quickly became the a top producer responsible for much of the growth of the business thereafter.  Traci purchased Spectrum in 2009 and it has benefited from considerable growth under her leadership ever since.  We did well over the last few years, but things are moving again and we could not be more excited.
