Zalemark welcomes new Directors and Officers as follows: New Directors Scott Prowse, Chairman Scott Prowse has over 35 years of experience in managing and running businesses. Scott started off after college working for the top real estate developers in Silicon Valley, running projects building corporate campuses for some of the top fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco bay area. He then received his General Building, General Engineering and Real Estate licenses and started his own construction and development companies building high-end residential estates for some of Silicon Valley’s top CEO’s and Venture Capitalists. He also owned and managed several real estate offices. Scott has done several startups including one of the Bay Area’s first indoor sports arenas. He has been involved with Zalemark since 2010 as a major investor, shareholder and consultant. Ernest Martel, Member Ernest Martel has over 40 years of management and funding raising experiences in video, medical and technology industries. He was Vice President Business of Development of Pacific Charter Financial Services Corporation. From 1996- 2000 as Executive Director of Excel Communications he managed over 1,200 representatives in the United States of America, Canada, and United Kingdom implemented training course for new recruits. Ron Chavez, Member Ron Chavez attended San Diego State University-School of Business, earning a BS in Business Management, with a minor in Psychology. He is currently a Mortgage Banker with Carrington Mortgage Services in Thousand Oaks, CA and has worked for Bank of America in 2011. Ron was the Regional Vice President for the largest independent- Khalid Shabazz, Member Khalid Shabazz has over 10 years’ experience in consulting and business related services. He has a wide range of knowledge in business and has expertise in the areas of business finance, strategic planning, staffing as well as marketing and promotion. Khalid has worked for two of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. as a business development consultant. Mr. Shabazz is currently a sales executive for an IT consulting firm in the Silicon Valley. Ed Mims, Member Ed Mims has over 30 years of executive level marketing, sales, and sales management experience for national and international consumer electronic companies, including responsibilities in planning and directing worldwide company sales and marketing, directing sales management and sales operations for U.S. and international product sales, new product design, product branding, and designing and implementing licensee and distributor programs and policies. He has been an investor in Zalemark since 2008, consulted with Zalemark regarding multiple product distribution and marketing plans, licensee relations, and strategic sales relationships. Tina Ann Neukirch, Member Tina Ann Neukirch is a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt and has successfully managed projects ranging in scope from simple implementations of new product launches to Companywide, multi-pronged cost savings efforts. She is certified as a Senior Quality Expert and executed process improvement projects resulting in millions of dollars of hard savings. Tina Ann has led new program, process and product implementation projects, implementing nationwide sales processes, database development, and system integration programs. Warren Nobusada, Member Warren Nobusada took a small, family owned business from an importing company to a conglomerate that became one of the largest seafood processor and exporter of seafood and fruits and vegetables in the U.S. retiring in 1998 as President and CEO after 30 years. The company operated 5 processing plants, 4 food distribution warehouses, and 3 sales offices, besides owning real estate, Japanese restaurant, and retail gift shop. He was a partner in a construction company for new, affordable homes, and a partner in several real estate partnerships for residential and commercial properties. After retirement, Warren dabbles as a partner in the auto industry and is directly involved in the management and marketing of the Dog Boxer Brand. Johnny Ruston, Member Johnny Lee Ruston worked in Army Intel for a number of years, specializing in advanced weaponry and strategic troop movement. He is currently working with world renowned Doctors and Health professionals to advance the global distribution of an all-natural formula that aids in the elimination of Free Radical Damage resulting in expedited recovery times from surgeries and wounds as well as reducing the chance of bacterial infections. He has spent over two decades in research and development of numerous products proven effective in these areas. He is currently developing and marketing products under the Modern Wellness Brand.
